Design Works

Interior: Following Ease

This was an interior project I worked on during the first semester of my second year of Experiential Product and Interior Design (XPID). I was tasked to furnish the interior of a 2-storey building for use as a lounge. The target audience I chose were people who were heading home or taking a break from work. The first floor was designed as an enlarged living room for people to relax in and chat, while the second floor was designed to be a bar for people to eat and socialize in.

Experience: Once in a Nightlife

This was an experiential project I worked on during the second semester of my second year of XPID. Through my own research and site selected, I was to put together an experience that provides social impact to other people. As my area was Clarke Quay, my experience came to be about the nightlife. Thus, I created Once in a Nightlife, an all-in-one experience on the most popular things to do for nightlife.

Interaction: Life Eats

Tablet
Phone

I built this website during my second year of XPID. This was a charity donation website, catering towards food donation. Using Figma, I created the design and layout of the website, then using HTML and CSS, I made the website come to life.

Physical: TV Style Stand

This was the prototype for a product design project during my second year of XPID. I was tasked with creating a product with transformable properties. This is the solution I came up with: A tablet box that can turn into a prop-up stand. The inspiration came from the old Apple iPhone boxes, which used to come with free accessories. So I asked myself: If they could give out wired earphones with the phones, why not a stand?
